Protein A Hi-Sur Mag (1 µm) are protein A conjugated magnetic beads with diameter of 1 µm. The monolayer of protein A that is covalently coupled to their surface makes most of the binding sites sterically available for binding of IgG. Attribute to their very large surface area and unique surface coating, Protein A Hi-Sur Mag (1 µm) exhibit superior binding capacity and significantly low non-specific binding.
